Due to group company changes, from 1st October 2025, any package holiday bookings will be transferred from Carnival Corporation, which is an ABTA member, to its sister company, Carnival Plc, which is also an ABTA member. All new package holiday bookings from 1st October 2025 will be with Carnival plc. There will be no other material changes to the terms and conditions of the package holiday, except that the package organiser will be Carnival Plc.

New Agency Registration

Dear Travel Partner,

We are so excited that you want to join the Carnival family!

In order for your agency to begin earning commission, we ask that your Agency owner, or authorized director, officer or manager to complete the online form below. This should only take a few minutes. You will need the following documentation readily available to complete your registration successfully:

  1. Copy of ABTA, ATOL or TTA Certificate.
  2. Authorized letter from affiliated Consortium, if applicable.

By submitting this Agency Registration Form, Travel Agency agrees to abide by all of Carnival’s sales, payment and procedural policies and general terms and conditions of sale, including those found in (i) the most recently released fleet brochure and (ii) the Carnival Cruise Line Travel Agency Policy, which can be found at www.GoCCL.co.uk (the “Travel Agency Policy”), which are incorporated herein by reference and will apply to you and to all sales made under this registration. Carnival reserves the right to supplement or modify, from time to time, all of the foregoing and to establish and modify other generally-applicable Carnival policies and procedures applicable to you and this registration. You agree to adhere to the same and will periodically review the Travel Agency Policy to assure such compliance. In addition, Travel Agency agrees:


  • that it is responsible for ensuring that it meets all applicable registration and/or licensing requirements necessary to sell travel from the city, state and country where Travel Agency is located.


  • not to engage in the practices of blast faxing, unsolicited faxing, unsolicited text messaging, unsolicited e-mail solicitations, bulk messaging on third party websites, or any other practice of communicating with consumers and third parties in contravention of applicable legal requirements, including sending outbound prerecorded telephone messages of any materials promoting Carnival or its products, or making any outbound telephone call to any person on a federal, state, local, or Travel Agency-specific do-not-call list. The Agency understands and agrees that it is not authorized to engage in any of these acts on behalf of Carnival. In the event Agency does engage in such activities, it is not doing so as an agent of Carnival, and Carnival disclaims any and all control over Agency with respect to such activities.


  • to fully comply at all times with all Federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, and appropriate industry and other guidelines.


  • that materials promoting Carnival will only be delivered to individuals who have requested the promotional information and/or e-mailed in compliance with applicable legal requirements and industry guidelines.


  • that all use of Carnival’s Property as defined in the Travel Agency Policy, if such use is approved by Carnival, will be in compliance with applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations.


  • that Carnival shall have the right to: (i) remove, or withhold, commission from Travel Agency’s profile for bookings made; and/or (ii) refuse to accept future bookings should Carnival determine, in its discretion, that Travel Agency has, or is alleged to have; (x) engaged in any unauthorized or unlawful practices, (y) not complied with the Travel Agency Policy or (z) submitted false, misleading or inaccurate information to Carnival.

By signing this Agency Registration Form above, I consent and request to receive fax and e-mail messages from Carnival at the numbers/addresses listed on this form. Under penalty of perjury, I certify that the information provided above is correct to the best of my knowledge.
